It was a last min booking and I have to say that it was truly relaxing and amazing. Food, entertainment, vibe, just everything overall was great. Already booking the next trip. I went with a group and we had such a good time. Spent 5 days there. The food was mostly good. My favorite restaurant was the one by the beach. Buffet by day it had lots of good options. At night it was a fish house and a steak house. All three were good. Hibachi may have been the best food. Least favorite was the French restaurant. They had a VIP lounge on the ground floor of our building, and that was convenient for a quick bite during the day, or hang out and games in the evening. We are at Hibachi almost every night, and after the night club we usually went to the sports bar to have wings. The beach was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I don’t love the shower. The water pressure and shower mechanism could use improvement. Food availability was very good. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. Very accommodating also. The adult pools were wonderful with swim up bars and refreshing watjer. They had many outdoor showers to rinse off in. We booked a party boat, and that was enjoyable as well. Great vacation with wonderful memories !

The rooms were clean. Though a bit worn, everything worked. Beach was very nice and accessible. Pools were clean and pool bars well stocked. Would be a better experience if the public areas had some air movement (hot with occasional odor in lobby and lobby bar areas). Staff was primarily attentive and friendly (other than the grumpy sports bar manager).

The rooms desperately need a major renovation. Room looks old and unclean. Bed sheets felt damp, bed skirts had unknown stains, towels felt old an worn out and did not have the crisp white color. Coffee maker was unusable as it still had leftover coffee from a previous guest and was extremely dirty. Overall, the room was a big disappointment. Also, the food choices were terrible. The buffet food looked old and not appealing. The restaurant food was no better, it lacked freshness and taste. The property grounds were very nice but some areas need upgrading. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here again.

Hotel and room was clean.People working at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Food was great and so much to choose from. Deserts and ice-cream very delicious. They clean the beach sand every day or two and was always something to do like games or aerobic. We really enjoyed Caribbean music playing in diffrent locations.Night shows was great too. Great place for vacation

The hotel was beautiful the service in the restaurant was amazing very pleasant servers but the food was not great some things were good so we had to eat the same things again and again the rooms were very nice looking but out of 30 family members that were there to celebrate our mom 90th birthday and having 10 rooms in total 5 of the rooms smelled like mildew and some the AC was freezing and couldn’t be lowered 2 of the room were too hot and one had a humidifier because the humidity was bad and smelly

Friendly, courteous staff that work so hard to provide an excellent experience. Food is decent - breakfast buffet at the beachfront restaurant is by far the best! The beach is impeccable (but the experience is negatively impacted by the people constantly trying to sell you something). My favorite part of this resort is by far the pools and gorgeous grounds. The property is maintained to exceptional standards.
