"I never leave reviews but this hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel bed had mold allll over the mattress, the toilet was not cleaned nor flushed when I arrived to my room, good thing I had my own cleansing wipes, the food was horrible, all soda in both bottles and from the machine was flat. The staff did not greet us, they had attitudes about asking for beverages while sitting in the restaurants. The only nice thing was the beach and swim up pools. I left off of the resort to eat and explore, and everyone off of the resort was super nice and accommodating."

"We had a swim up suite which was amazing. Our butler, David, was ontop of everything from making reservations for dinner, helping with excursions we planned outside the resort, making sure our room was restocked, and always letting us know the plans happening at the mirage each day. He was a wonderful aspect to our stay. The food was wonderful everywhere we ate, no complaints as there were many options to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and made our trip an experience like no other. We will definitely come back to stay again. "

"Our room was nice with a soaking tub and hot tub on the balcony. Staff was amazing. Buffet was just ok in my opinion. A big disappointment were the "credits" they promised. A $90 spa credit could be redeemed $30 per day. The other $200 "resort" credits came with so many limitations that we really didn't an opportunity to use them. That slick marketing was enough for me to potentially book elsewhere next time as that was a large factor in booking here."

"Very good service, food was excellent. Specially the steakhouse was our favorite. We got an upgrade to the front rooms. Nobody mentioned that we needed to pay an extra subscription por privilege it was $70 per day per person (minimum 3 days). Only privilege subscription can eat breakfast and dinner in the buffet next to the beach. Also next to the pool only privilege subscribers can use the white sun chairs, the rest of the people had to use the brown ones. Same thing in the sea benches, the nice ones where only for privilege subscribers. Which makes the rest of the visitors feel excluded."
