Staff , Jeffrey the guy at the seaside Grill was very helpful and friendly. He invited my family and me to have dinner there, and although we had to wait a bit to get a table because we were a large group, the service was excellent and the food arrived immediately. I would recommend this restaurant a thousand times over for breakfast and dinner.

The resort is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and a well-maintained beach that is cleaned multiple times throughout the day. The beach is great for swimming, and the food was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. Everyone went above and beyond to help and ensure we had a great experience. We stayed in the Preferred Club section and were treated wonderfully throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Excellent property with a beautiful atmosphere and a great overall experience. The only area that could use some improvement is the food. While there was a good variety of options, the quality and flavor could be better. Everything else exceeded expectations—from the friendly and attentive staff to the amenities, cleanliness, and overall condition of the property. The location is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the service made the stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We had a great time here. One of the best resorts we have been too. Food was great, load of options and didn’t have to pre book or wait. We had a private concierge called Junior Chavez who was great a took care of us the whole time we were there, definitely gave it the VIP experience. We would love to go back!
