Unfortunately, I will never stay here again, it was a very bad experience. I'd been to Punta Cana before having a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! The room was horrible, the staff started doing work in our bathroom, without letting us know and didn't finish the work. We were moved rooms, where we had issues with the shower, sliding door and mosquitos, lots of them. Food was not great or service one evening we waited for 45 mins for are food to come to find out they forgot our order. They move very slow, tell you they'll be there is 10 mins and hour goes by and no one shows up. to find out they had forgot about you. I paid a lot of money to stay here and be able to relax for 1 week to have a TERRIBLE experience. I can never recommend this resort unfortunately. Management did try to make up for some of the issues. But it does not compensate for the money spent and the bad times.

Majority of the staff lack hospitality and only attended to the White American and European. Being a women of color and Muslim, i left i had to plead for service. I will admit that the very few who attended to me, were genuinely kind and respectful.

Our room had a huge leak and leaked all over the bathroom. The smell of the room smelt like a sewer , not a pleasant smell at all. it took them hours for them to move our room. they actually didn’t want to move it at first they just sent someone to fix it just for it to not be fixed at the end , everything still leaked.
