The Dominican Republic has eight international airports. The best airport for flights to Punta Cana is Punta Cana International, which is between 10 and 30 minutes away from the main hotels. Other airports which may be used are the La Romana Airport which is 90-120 minutes away from the nearest hotels or the Las Americas International Airport which is about 4 hours' drive from the main hotels. The most popular way to travel from Las Americas is the commuter express bus. Most resorts pre-arrange transport to pick up their guests from the airport. Punta Cana Weather
