I did not like the Casino with the pole dancer, completely out of place, she did not danced the pole at all. Should be located at the disco. I did not like the menu at the sea restaurant and most of the plates we requested were no good at all. The rest of the resort was good. Pool bar was too small for so many people. I suggest that were towels and bingo is played, should be for pizza, grill hamburgers, hot dogs and fries

We stayed in Premium Sea View Suite and room was fabulous! Very clean and comfortable and super spacious. Housekeeping was on point and minibar got stocked daily. Premium has included room service and we utilized that twice. Food is not amazing, but options are plenty and we were not going hungry. Staff is exceptional, always polite and helpful! Buffets on adult side definitely had better food and all the restaurants we chose had at least one item from our meal we truly enjoyed. We have up on Kiyoto because heat was overwhelming. Most of places are on the warmer side as far as temperature goes. Theater is open to outside, has large fans. Shows were left to be desired but views and grounds definitely makes up for that! Overall we loved the experience and would return!

99% of the staff was downright rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed anytime you needed something. Our room was dated, the paint job terrible, dusty on the furniture, closets, shelves and counters. The bathroom had black hairs in the shower upon checkin, the towels were threadbare and ripping, and it smelt like sewer. There was mold growing on the vents, and it was loud outside of our room. The property itself was beautiful but the cleanliness was not up to par. Garbage was just thrown around the pool area, beach and walkways and would be there for days. The food was AWFUL. Poor quality and poor taste. The pool area was loud and not relaxing. They allowed people to go in with their clothes in large party groups with individual speakers blasting their music. You could have multiple groups all with different speakers blasting different music in one space. The pool and beach towels were so thin, stained and tearing. You were also only allowed one. The ground smelt like sewage, so did many of the restaurants. At one point the entire resort lost water so there were no working toilets or sinks. They got them working at the main pool area, but our room took the entire day before we had working facilities. When we complained we had to complete and survey and then they offered us $150 to give them a 5 star review, which we declined. Just terrible.

Check in was quick. While checking in, we requested to stay in bldg 4. After being given the envelope with towel cards (which was ready for us when we arrived) the young lady showed us on the property map where we had been scheduled to stay. It was far from the beach, in the golf area. We had not requested the golf package. The sticker on the envelope had our room number indicating bldg 4. Not sure why she would say they had us in the golf area when clearly we had been booked for bldg 4. Room was clean and orderly. Housekeeping did great job! Steamer (for clothing) wasn't working. Notified concierge and an iron was brought to our room. Unfortunately, no ironing board was provided. Did not care for the tub/shower combination. Tub was deep and awkward to get in/out. In the past we have had shower only. Concierge staff was very helpful with dinner reservations. When they found out it was my husband's birthday a cake was sent to our room. Delicious! Did not use the spa during this visit. Nightly shows were great! We have been staying at this resort for years and will return again.
