"The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently polite and friendly. However, there were several areas that left a lot to be desired. The Wi-Fi and power went in and out multiple times during our stay, which was frustrating. The food was mediocre at best, while the drinks were decent but often inconsistent in quality. The restaurant dress code seemed a bit comical and outdated—men were required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, while women appeared to have much more flexibility in what they could wear. Entertainment options were lacking. The escape room was by far the best activity available, but it came at an additional cost. There was a basketball/tennis court, but no equipment was provided to actually play. I’m also not sure what happened to the arcade, as it was either unavailable or nonexistent during my stay. Another inconvenience was having to get our room bracelets reprogrammed almost daily. Additionally, a shuttle service to and from the airport would be a welcome amenity and would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, while the property itself was clean and the staff was pleasant, the resort fell short in several key areas that prevented it from feeling like a truly enjoyable vacation experience. Rating: 3/5 stars. Clean property and friendly staff, but inconsistent amenities, weak entertainment, and recurring technical issues kept it from meeting expectations."
