"Out of a 5 day stay at this hotel I can’t say that Any day was good, except the morning we got to check out of this Awful hotel. We booked in a package deal and nowhere did it mention putting a hold on my card at check in or having to pay $50 per day to park. There was a couple nights our key cards were deactivated and had to go back down to front desk for new cards. You couldn’t watch TV without it going in and out. They did not offer room service (due to COVID I suppose) so we had to call and wait on towels, and we also called for toilet paper that we Never got. Nobody was staying in the rooms next to us but the alarm clocks went off Every morning at 6am for an hour. One morning we woke up about 4am with no air and the Unit was making such a loud awful noise like it was about to fall out of the wall. There was Only one drink vending machine in this whole “Hilton” hotel that was not taking cash or cards. The people working the Guest Services did not seem to have a care in the world about any of our problems or concerns. The lady at check out refunded “one day of parking fees” which in the beginning said they had no control over parking fees, and honestly I do not feel that is even enough to compensate for ALL the trouble and mishaps we had at this place during our stay. I can say NEVER again will we be staying at this hotel. "
