The Front desk staff needs to explain the amenities upon check in, the Bell Capitans should not EXPECT a tip or blatantly ask for a gratuity, the maintenance should not threaten a guest while repairing a battery on the key reader of the door. I was sick, so I never had Housekeeping services for 2 weeks; had towels and toilet paper delivered with no issue.
