The walkway to the terminal was so helpful. I found it a little difficult to find especially in the dark as the sign on the second floor(ballrooms/meeting rooms) is painted in black on the window, so when the sky behind it is black it's harder to see. Apparently though, but booking through Hotels.com the hotel claimed it disallowed so many things. No Hilton points for staying there, extra effort to get access to the WiFi, just about anything we asked about was a problem because of how we booked the room.

The property is well maintained and ideally situated within walking distance of terminal E. Staff are great and helpful. Only gripe would be very noisy plumbing heard in our room and prices have rocketed in the eateries.
