I stayed here with three of my friends for a weekend birthday trip, and we absolutely loved our experience! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it’s perfect for a group stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the start, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made exploring the city so much easier. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water stations, such a thoughtful touch and the cozy sitting area just past the lobby was perfect for relaxing and chatting before heading out. The location couldn’t be better: it’s within walking distance of the train station and many of Boston’s main attractions, yet it still feels peaceful and tucked away from the city noise. For the price, you truly can’t beat the convenience and comfort this hotel offers. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Boston!

Over promises and under delivers

This hotel over promises and under delivers; it’s not worth the huge price tag. It’s a kind of soulless place, the lobby is small and the setup for checking in and out is in a kind of cupboard in a different part of the lobby from the reception desk. The bar next door is great but it isn’t part of the hotel and you may not take drinks up to your room from the bar. That said, it’s welcome to have somewhere to go to get a bite to eat and drink and the bar staff were brilliant. The room itself was comfortable if a little small but the bathroom was not only tired, there were quite a few obvious long hairs on the floor that were not mine. I wish I had booked

A dingy small lobby & tiny room on a drab side street. The view out the window was a wall. The bed was okay. Staff were not particularly friendly, nor particularly rude. Just not a nice hotel. However, the Club Quarters in NYC by Grand Central is a very nice place to stay with esprit d’ corps and nice street views.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

The entire stay I had no access to a television. Persons came in the room and tried to fix it and nothing worked, I spent my entire stay with a broken television and had to pay close to $600 for my stay, I find that this is not acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Boston. The location was perfect for everything we were doing. the staff was truly helpful...we had a late flight out and we were welcome to leave our luggage all day and utilize their lounge all day as necessary. Room was petite but comfortable and appointed well. Honestly - the shower was epic! It really stood out lol. We did order room service which was provided by the Pub next door, Elephant & Castle. Food was tasty, arrived hot and was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this specific location on our next trip to Boston.
