Hotel location was excellent. You did have to park a couple blocks away in a parking garage with no valet parking. Room was very small as is expected in downtown Boston. However, access was walking distance to anything you needed. Even a CVS and Walgreens were a block away. Refillable water bottles were on each floor which was great.

This is not a 4 star property and was priced too high. The pluses: great front desk staff and quiet street. Centrally located. The negatives: worn down furniture, bathroom set up where tiny tiny counter made it easy for toiletries to fall in the toilet. The cleaning staff would come and replace towels and take out garbage upon request, but wouldn’t replace the coffee on multiple occasions. They seem to be very short staffed. We stayed at another 4 star hotel in NYC for around the same price just before this visit in Boston. There was no comparison.

Convenient pub attached to hotel. Unfortunately for the price of the room it would’ve been nice to an actual blanket and not just a thicker sheet like blanket. Walls were pretty thin heard everything in hallways was woken up many times.

Fantastic stay here. Such a comfortable, quiet and clean hotel in a great area. Staff is really friendly. The connected pub looked great although I didn't have a chance to go there. ...Seems like anything and everything you'd like to eat (or drink) is within a couple of blocks! Definitely keeping this on my favorites list.
