Staff person didn’t know if they have handicapped facility in the lobby. Didn’t find a sign but found handicapped rods in the diaper changing area. The bathrooms should say handicapped facility in diaper changing area. No signage at all.

Hotel is close enough to the airport without feeling like a hotel airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the desk light was way too bright but couldn't turn it off otherwise the room was too dark. The lamp shade was like a wire basket and didn't cover the bulb.

This was my first trip to Boston and this was a wonderful hotel to stay at! The seaport district was a good location. The breakfast was abundant each day, even though there was a short line, it went quickly and everything was fresh. They did run out of fruit, and my last morning there no coffee out until just after 6 AM, the room was outstanding sheets were clean comfortable shower was amazing housekeeping did an amazing job as well. Overall, if you want a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful section of Boston with guaranteed breakfast clean friendly staff, this is your place.
