Room was neat but too small. We did not liked that we ordered room service thinking they will bring the cart with the food in regular dishes and utensils, like in any hotel of this level, and instead they brought our food in a shopping bag on disposable containers/plastic utensils(???). There was not even anywhere that we could set up to eat! We had to eat on the bed with those containers. Very strange! That was a no-no for a hotel like the OMNI.

Check-in was very quick and my room was ready and I checked in very early. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I was told before my visit that the pool would be under an emergency maintenance so it would be closed during my stay. On Saturday, as I was walking around I saw that the pool was open without knowing. I was slightly upset that I didn’t get a chance to use the pool.
