The staff were a little rude and were not welcoming during check in. After checking in and going to the room, it was the wrong type of room and not the kind that I had booked. After gathering all our stuff to go switch rooms the staff was a little rude and bothered again by us having an issue on their end. Getting to the new room was fine, but the shower had a stench and the sink would not drain and was leaking a substance. It was not a good or very relaxing stay which is unfortunate because being a previous guest it was the best experience. It was a holiday so I can understand it is overwhelming for the staff, hopefully next stay is better.
