The atmosphere is of an old and tired hotel. No people around. Restaurant and bar empty. Spa is in a different building likewise the gym. The Spa is good only for treatments and is missing a pool. Gym with outdated equipments. There are room at the ground floor as the Motel.

I would advise the manager to look at the bathroom in the room I had (3228). Look at the walls and how bad that has been renovated. I’m a gold member at hotels.com and asked for one more hour check out time based on a late flight. This is the first time in 20 years I have been turned down on that. I would also strongly advise the manager to have a look at his tired staff in the reception, not all of them but a couple of the male staff. The bartenders was awesome and the guys in the reception should take a look at how they work with their customers.
