The room was very comfortable, we had a kind size bed and was very nice and clean. Nice towels. Big shower. Walkable to everything. The only issue I had with it is was you could hear everyone around you, the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the room next to us which I did not like.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the guests in my group had to change rooms due to the bed condition. There are no coffee amenities available in the room. The staff while very nice forgot to give us the wine. We were surprised at the size of the wine bottle and should have been indicated in the benefits of the VIP. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great location and clean.

Overnight stay for a function close by. Great location. Clean, welcoming staff. Poor water pressure and lighting in the room were the only issues we had. Fix these and overall excellent stay.

Location, location....

First of all, the location is 10+ if you are a tourist. Steps from Fanueil Hall. Efficient small lobby, quick elevators, and room cleaning upon request are pluses in my book. Also updated bathroom and comfy bed. Only negative was parking a couple blocks away at $39 a day.

Very good but could be better 😉

Fantastic location great staff and a very cozy hotel, only letdown is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room? This is a must in my opinion. If you fancy a hot drink before bed or watching TV you don't want to get dressed and wonder around the hotel to get a hot drink.

Room was large with a huge mirror. No windows, which I thought was going to be weird, but actually made the room perfect for sleeping. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room was clean as were hallways. Super quiet in Cabin 13. Parking is a ramp a block away, but can drop off bags directly in front. All in all, would stay again as it is walkable to everything Boston. Quincy is literally a 2 minute walk as is the Harbor. Price was reasonable for this area, especially compared to other hotels.

I had room right outside dumpster on street level that awoke me up at 6 am, room was dirty, very noisy all night which I understand isn’t hotels fault however it was still inconvenient. Management did respond promptly and respectfully however I will not return.
