The directions from our booking took us to the wrong side of the hotel and when we checked in and asked about parking the address we were given took us to a different parking garage which costs us $84 and we weren’t even there an entire day.

The hotel is overall clean and comfortable and the location is very convinient for access to the water front as well as the convention center. One note of caution, if you are an EV driver beware of the recently changed rules on the chargers. There are exorbitant fees for overstay. My vehicle stopped charging overnight and by the time I moved my vehicle around 8am I was charged over $100. This did spur my experience but I would still recommend the hotel.
