Biggest issue were the paper thin doors. We got awaken several times due to noise. One time by people playing pool at 7:30 am and another because of karaoke night at 10pm. Plus people walking down the hallway. 2 times they did not leave enough towels. No fridge and no coffee on the room.

My room shower didn’t have hot water, after that the drainage was clogged and couldn’t use it anymore. Should make sure rooms are in good condition and ready to be used prior to releasing to guests.

Not great service

A bit far from city center, room cleanness not great. We were a little bit in the pool and there were not pool towels left, I was told more were coming soon, we were waiting and waiting and no new towels came, ended up running to my bedroom to get our bathroom towels, then of course had to ask for fresh towels to be able to shower.For breakfast also took quite long for getting some simple quesadillas with ham.Will definitely choose another hotel option in the future.
