If you're looking for mediocre and like sleeping through a rock concert, this is the place for you. The buffett is okay, restaurants - well, we ate in each one at least two times. Will not miss the food. Most disappointing was the lack of employee cross training which meant a lack of service. Several employees did not speak English - which is not the problem. The problem was when you needed help, if they didn't speak English, they'd shrug and walk away. If they did speak English, you were often passed on to someone else. For instance, I was trying to find some chair clips that were taken from our chairs. No less than four people shrugged and pointed for me to ask someone else. No help, no service because it wasn't their area, so they wouldn't help you. Then, get this - If you're looking for a quiet evening it won't happen. At 9:00 PM, their live show starts. They appeared to be good shows, but they were outside by the pool and exceedingly loud. If you tried to go to sleep, it was impossible. Like I said, trying to sleep in a rock concert. Because of the noise, four other guests told us that they had to move their rooms, and it was still unbearable. The show is not optional. Everynight, everybody in the resort hears blasting, unrelenting music from 9:00-10:15 PM, then the karaoke starts in the open air lounge with loud singing filtering up into your room for over an hour.
