Great amenities I love the fact that we have to play in the arcade and then Paradise Pier we just kept switching between the two. I love that the R&B bands can be used inside at the rock wall and obstacle course and then we can eat and then go back outside and finish the day playing and riding rides. We had a balcony. The price was great and everybody was really friendly

Tried to charge me again for rooms that we had already paid half for. Then said you have a balcony room and when we get upstairs there is no balcony room. Vaping smell throughout of marijuana.

Desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful! The arcade bartender was also very nice and made excellent tasting drinks. Coffee drinks from the cafe was not good. We were given sour milk and not offered a refund when we brought them back to let them know. Overall the food at the Margaritaville cafe was just ok.
