When you walk into a lobby that has a mild aroma on Pina Coladas you know you’ve found the right place. Staff was amazing and ready to serve and the rooms and grounds are clean and accessible to the other amenities onsite and surrounding.

The room was a decent size. The only problem we had during our stay was the teenagers in the room next door. The walls seems thin & they were so loud, all the way until 4:30 am. We could hear every word they said. It wasn’t a great experience. We will probably stay elsewhere next time.

1) The resort should be marketed as Chuck E Cheese on Steroids! Not for adults, totally geared towards kids. 2) Check in was atrocious! NO signs directing new guests. A fellow guest had to tell us where to go. Very, long walk to check in, was like a crowded bus station, very long line, then back to the car with luggage carrier, then back to resort, very long line for elevator. One hour 15 minutes later settled in. 3) THE ROOM, horrible pungent air freshener smell. Terrible lighting, Very few electrical outlets, the usb port was not working, . Outdated air conditioner, blower came on every 15 minutes, in-between the room was hoy, very noisy. Not conducive for sleep. The shower was nice, bo bathroom fan and very poor lighting, one little soap provided and no skin lotion. 4) Balcony nice view 5) Tiny TV, no microwave, ice machine broken, coffee maker on a cart nowhere even remotely close to an outlet, one cup only provided. 6) guests yelling in the halls at 2:30 and 3:30 AM. Dog barking down the hall 7) Food and Servers exceptional 8) Information desk person seemed to have trouble with English and was not very friendly or helpful
