Our review.

The hotel is beautiful. The 12th floor smelled like wet carpet that was closed up for a long time. The hall way was warm. This was our room. There were dogs on this floor too. The dogs were barking last night We were given a shared large balcony Dogs were on the balcony too). The 11th floor was fresh, good smell, cold and clean. Lobby smelled fresh. Ice machine was broken. No microwave in room- surprising for a resort. Late check out $59 more. Pool area nice. Front desk staff was very pleasant on the phone.

Family get away trip. Only issue is I left a very expensive dress in the closest in the room on check out day and the have refused to find the dress and claim they don’t have it which they do.

Always a great time!

Our group is a regular at Margaritaville for a few reasons, those being we can park on arrival and never have to leave the site. Everything is onsite, coffee shop restaurants huge gameroom, pool/slides/and lazy river and much more. The Staff is great in all areas!
