The staff was very nice. The room was ok but we had a problem with lack of privacy. The window was in direct view of the next door balcony so we could not open our shades if someone was out there. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub but there were particles coming out of the jets so it required cleaning before we could use it. We appreciated the daily service and the pools were nice and well maintained. The restaurant food was ok but not great. The resort required a lot of walking on hills. They did have carts for transporting guests but not always available. One problem is they don't allow Uber drivers on property and they don't always have staff at the front for calling a cart so that was annoying. Not sure if I would stay here again.

We were allocated a room which had a connecting door to the room next door. This detail was not included in the room description which we received when making the booking. There was someone in the room adjoining ours who was coughing loudly and for prolonged periods for 4 of our 6 days. This was extremely disruptive, not because someone was obviously unwell, but because we were not informed that this room, and perhaps others, was/ is not sufficiently private to justify the cost . Had we been informed of this arrangement we would most certainly have made other arrangements. This is an unacceptable lack of transparency and we anticipate compensation from the resort management upon receipt of this complaint.

The resort is sprawled out along the cliffs and shoreline, providing a great opportunity to walk the little "streets" or take advantage of the golf cart service. The Inizio restaurant provided breathtaking views of the ocean! Staff were happy to be of service and were attentive. Food services were limited and okay. The breakfast buffet was predictably the same nearly everyday. The resort has recently been bought and plans are in place to do major renovations to the accommodations. While this is good news, it means there are "fundraising efforts" underway...ie selling memberships. We could have done without that. The resort is well off the main corridor highway which provides a quiet environment however without your own.trqnsportation (which we had) you'd be isolated with a limited offering of restaurants and activities. All in all it's a great place for those of us who genuinely want a quiet place to chill.

We were not happy however when I try to pay for my son‘s expenses on the room he had reserved. We charged all our food and drinks on that card of his and when we checked out, we could not get our 20% discount as an owner at club Regina. Very disappointing.

There were some issues during my stay in the room. The property is quite old and might have been a four-star establishment in the 1980s. Checking in was a challenging experience, involving ten signatures, and my needs such as wifi, room service, and pool hours were not addressed. Additionally, I wasn't informed of the check-out time.

The rooms were huge, all have ocean view, and a huge tub overlooking it. Everyone was super nice, the food was very decent and prices were OK. This resort has all you need to make your vacation week a dream. There are 3 pools and there was plenty of space for everyone when we were there the week of Christmas. No rush, space to swim, lounge, and some optional animations with lovely organizers. The club just got bought by the Accor group and they will start renovating the rooms. I thought the rooms were fine, just the A/C could have used a tune up. 20 minutes to San Jose’s lovely town with amazing restaurants, shops and gallery’s, with plenty of uber to take you. Bonus: whale watching from a place at the resort. I absolutely recommend this resort.

A Breathtaking Escape at Club Regina: Unmatched Views and Incredible Service in Cabo My recent stay at Club Regina was nothing short of spectacular and truly breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is nestled in one of the most exclusive parts of Cabo. It’s right next door to the luxurious Palmilla and seamlessly connected to the gorgeous Westin, offering a setting that’s second to none. But what truly sets Club Regina apart are the views...absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, and in my opinion, the best in Cabo. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more stunning panorama, and you get all of this for a fraction of the price you’d pay at neighboring resorts charging $3,500 a night. And then there’s the service...absolutely incredible. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel like cherished guests. The concierge team offered fantastic recommendations, and we have to give a special shout-out to Miguel, the incredible server who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. They truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. In short, Club Regina is a hidden gem that delivers luxury, breathtaking views, and an exceptional level of service that stands out in Cabo. It’s the perfect choice for an unforgettable getaway.

Many events happened at this resort to lead to my poor rating. Trouble with our rooms the first couple of nights. Resort did very little to compensate for our frustration. Middle of the night alarm, flooded room, Luke warm shower, long waits for a new room… The staff overall were friendly. The managers minimized our issues and offered a $100 refund which barely would have covered a meal. Finally settled on a free dinner and drink package. When we checked out we found that we paid for all of our drinks because the ones we got weren’t included in the package. No one told us this when we were ordering even though we showed them our bracelet every time we ordered a drink. We will not be back or recommend this resort to anyone!

The views from every corner of this hotel are simply stunning and breathtaking. Ocean and sunrise views every day from every room balcony and even the bed! You can even see the whales! Since it is on a cliff (think Positano or Santorini) you will get your steps in walking up and down hills although they do have carts to take you around. I had a little studio with kitchenette-- rooms are a little rundown, and main restaurant is pricey for the quality BUT it is a tradeoff I was willing to make for the amazing pools and beachfront access. Happy hours 2x1 drinks at the different bars are a must. We also went out comfortably using Uber to San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas to eat, explore, and have fun. You can book excursions from the hotel as well and they were nice and not pushy. This hotel is part of a local timeshare group so they will try to get you to attend a talk-- simply decline or just don't show up (I no showed). Staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway and do not mind sacrificing certain room luxuries for the priceless views!

Our check in experience was poor, per Expedia, check in time is 3pm, we waited till 5pm due to room not being cleaned on time by staff. Front desk staff told us check in time should be 4 pm per México standard!! They also charged us extra $35 Can as resort fees ( not mentioned by Expedia) The room was a bit dated but clean and ocean view was nice, we were not impressed with the delay in check in for close to 2 hours!!
