Property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The resort should provide more kid friendly foods at the buffets since there were lots of families with children. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. Personnel were great, the food at the restaurants were incredible, the room was beautiful! The seaweed situation (out of their control) made snorkling less enjoyable and the beach has a lot of sharp coral at the edge, but for the rest it was a truly enjoyable vacation. Very pleased!

Stayed there for five days. The resort itself was nice and welcoming staff. The rooms in the privileged suits are outdated and smell a bit moldy. I wouldn’t Pay more for the rooms with the tub outside. You’ll get a nicer room and updated room if you don’t get the ones with the tub on the balcony. Food was not the best. The breakfast definitely outweighed the lunch and dinner. Disco was very nice and i like how we were aloud to go onto the sister resort. Rate for the stay overall would be 6/10.

We enjoyed our stay very much - clean, modern and comfortable room, lots of choice in terms of pools and we were even able to use the beach on rare sargassum-free days. The food at Adelita Mexican restaurant is stellar, buffet is also good though they don't change the dishes every day so not a lot of variety. We got four speciality meals for a ten-night stay, I felt one more would have been the correct amount as would have liked to try all 5 speciality restaurants. The grounds are pretty and full of cute agoutis running around, but the location is a real selling point - Puerto Aventuras is a very safe, gated community, so you can walk over to the nice marina and do some souvenir shopping/eat out.

We stayed in privileged suite which was clean beds are comfortable. Issues we had with was our mini fridge was not cooling or did not work at all so drinks stayed hot at all times. Light switch’s are coming apart also iron cable was not locking in the place once you pull it and plug it in.
