The rooms are clean. The grounds resort were nice and clean as well. I felt the staff were very nice and attentive. The beach wasn’t the greatest, but that is expected. It’s great for snorkeling. The buffet was repetitive but did enjoy the food.

Yes, front desk staffs were rude and not supportive at all. I was there with my family, including an infant. The room they gave me was licking water. They didn’t replace me with room until next day at 3pm. We had to sleep in a room full of water, I had to keep my infant at the bed for 48 hours. I could not let him be in the floor. They didn’t offer me any compensation, neither any empathy. I strongly recommend no to this place. Beach is terrible and the buffet has the same cheapest food everyday. Strongly recommend NO. You will not get what you’re paying for. The picture and reality is completely different. The photos are AI, I m not sure, how they get their hotels ratings, could be fake too.

Was a ok place, not much for entertainment, seemed like it was the same evening show every other night, the room was not that good for being a “premium” room. Just not a whole lot to do there would not recommend if your bringing kids

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. We booked a romance package so we arrived to fresh fruit, chocolates, and sparkling wine. Our AC unit worked but not as well as it should have, we talked to the front desk and the next day the maintenance people came and tried to fix it. It was better than when we got there, once they were done. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility is a little bit older and the resort is smaller than some, but the food was fantastic and the bartenders were fun and attentive. I loved that we could walk down to the Marina area where there are stores and restaurants. The food both on and off the resort was great, but the tacos down by the Marina were AMAZING!!! Authentic and delicious. Safe walking there and back both day and night. Golf carts were available for rental also. The spas was also available and worth the money. Overall a great experience, just need to update the resort a bit.

Been staying at hotel for 10 yrs. Have many friends ( staff) there that I look forward to seeing every yr. From the bellboys, cleaners, restaurant staff, bar tenders, customer service, maintenance, gardeners & the entertainment both pool & dancers. They are all an exceptional team & I love them like family.

The place was just ok. Buffet for was very boring with not a lot options. Beloved restaurant was the bestbon property. No pool side service and if you are in the pool you need to get dressed before you can eat at any of the restaurants. There was just a lot of little things that makes the property just ok.
