We had an amazing time at this resort and made some great memories! David at the member’s beach bar really stood out—his cocktails were delicious, and he made our evenings so enjoyable. Nathali from the members' area was also wonderful. She was super attentive and really made us feel special. Omar, the concierge, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. All in all, the staff made our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place!

The grounds are amazing. There is wildlife everywhere. Nice amount of food choices, and it’s all very good. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The only negative is the resort credit. They only allow you to use the entire credit for an on-site activity if you sit through a timeshare presentation. Otherwise, you get many single-use, non-combinable vouchers for larger purchases. I blame Expedia more than the resort as it is very misleading when you purchase. That said, I would highly recommend the resort.

Nice beach. Top notch food at all restaurants. Wonderful room and amenities. Appreciated the sustainability efforts of the resort. Beautifully kept grounds. All bartenders and servers were very professional, fast and knowledgeably.

Stayed 5 nights over Christmas break. Solid all inclusive if you had young kids, we wanted to stay at the Lindo, but the premium was out of whack for the season. Staff is great, amenities were well appointed and clean, lot of options for pool + beach hangs. Somewhat of a learning curve on restaurant/cabana reservations etc, but the app is helpful to communicate with guest services. Location is great, ~35mins from Cancun airport, 30 mins to PDC and ~1hr to Tulum and attractions like XelHa. Like many all inclusives, got a bit tired of the buffet options and it was impossible to get restaurant spots.Would go back and stay at a higher tier.

The resort is massive! (Big) Bring comfortable shoes or sandals. The room/bathroom was outdated. Beds were too small to fit two adults on one bed. They need at least a queen size bed. Pillows could’ve been a lot more fluffy. The staff were super nice. However, they all give wrong information and have you walking around the resort back and forth like dummies. The restaurant reservations are never available on the mobile app. The concierge only allowed us to do one restaurant reservation the day off. The disco is boring, the DJ allowed young ladies wearing sexy outfits to pick songs to play and were not dancing songs. Not to mention they were dancing all over him in the DJ booth. The disco offers “VIP” tables with a purchase of a Liquor bottle. The liquor is definitely low end alcohol. Captain Morgan and Jose Cuervo for tequila, just an example of what they offer. The pool or beach did not have chairs available after 10am. You definitely need to wake up early and reserve your chairs or rent a cabana in advance for an extra fee. The beach is rocky and not the prettiest beach in the riviera Maya. Big waves in December. The beer at the lobby bar smelled rotten or possibly the cups.. not sure which one it was. The Italian restaurant was under staffed and the hostess did not provide any help to the waiter by simply handing out the menus and welcoming us. Overall, I would not recommend this resort if the above is important to you. There’s many other options. Feel free to ask ?

Resort was clean, staff was friendly but food was hit or miss. Drinks were very watered down and they were hit or miss as well. Plenty of activities and the beach was beautiful! Just beware of SO MANY vendors and sales people. You will have to tell the same people no multiple times.

The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic! The room was good - I found two things which weren't optimal: We had to call the front desk to have them disable the auto room power off feature(s); that system was annoying. We were watching TV and the whole room shut off because someone wasn't moving/walking around the room. Secondly, and most important, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong, at all. It would have been nice to have more water pressure than there was.

It was an amazing experience, in this resort. Food desert and drinks were excellent, the place was clean. The resort was huge lots of activities during day and also have lots of fun in night shows. Would be good to have decaffeinated coffee available in the evening. Shuttle drivers should stick to the posted 10 km limit which is plenty fast with children and old folks walking around

Resort is clean and staff is friendly, beach is great. We found the buffet to be small compared to other places we've stayed at but the food was decent quality. The drinks made at the bars were also just okay compared to other places we've stayed at. We are a family of four with two young children and overall it was okay, but the massive resort was a bit much for little legs. Personally would not go back but nothing really negative to say.

We were so warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at the resort, our room was clean, the staff were so friendly the entire time, everyone was so helpful and accommodating to anything and everything we needed - The water is filtered through the entire Resort and the food was delicious with our favourite à la carte restaurants being the Mediterranean, Japanese, and Italian restaurants. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation, with tons of activities in the resort, a close proximity to all excursions, and overall just needing to vacation away and to feel fully taken care of and relaxed at the end. We absolutely loved it!
