Good Stuff: Service staff is terrific; Shout out to (i) Erik, in Guest Services, who gave me a free hydrotherapy circuit, & (ii) Concierge Karen who booked it for me - it was awesome. & Gerardo in the Spa was fantastic (I have named him my Guru-de-Agua)!!! Shout out to Juan from Butchers for making me an "allergy card" & finding me the next day to ensure that I'd be safe for dining anywhere on property; All bartenders are super, but the bartenders at Marimba at fabulous! The dancers work hard at a lot of outlets - so much respect for their commitment! Not-So-Good Stuff: Horrible, so uncomfortable, body aching, mattresses & pillows; Food in restaurants is woefully underseasoned; & I did not appreciate being told by the other Concierge guys (fantastic Karen was not working that day) that my "welcome gift" was a 90-minute presentation followed by a raffle for the opportunity to earn a week - I paid full price, there was no kind of "good deal" on my pricing that justifies this kind of commitment/ask - this is not a "gift" in any way - it really will really make me think twice about staying here again. Fortunately, the other concierge, Karen, & additional staff made all the difference!

Edgar manager on duty was absolutely the best. He made sure our family was very comfortable and happy. He never disappoints thats the reason why we continue to come back and we make sure to tell our friends and family about this resort. Diana supervisor at the front desk made our check in very smooth. Walking into the resort after a long flight its always a pleasure to receive a warm welcome and thats what she and her staff jesus, Fernando, and i can not forget Erik Medina from guest services. He was amazing, always very attentive to our needs. David Baak from the buffet is the most caring and sweet young man we always look forward to seeing him. Cecilio from the sports center was amazing. He took us out on a bike tour around the property which was fun and informative after we did archery with him which was so much fun. Honestly there was no need to leave the resort. Leydi and lucia the two young ladies from the pool area including the rest of the pool staff were great. Bartenders at both pools were very hands on and friendly. Gigi,Eric and of course Bacon were absolutely the best. From volleyball ,exercise and playing bingo on raining days in the lobby they made sure we were never bored. The whole staff at this amazing resort from house keeping to concierge were amazing. My family and friends will definitely be back.

Amazing resort, 10/10! It was so great that we extended our stay. The food and drinks were wonderful, room was nice, and how can you have a bad day in a lazy river? Juan with guest services made the trip, he was extremely attentive and booked all our dinner reservations for us. He checked in with us daily and was always there to answer our questions. We will be back!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. The spa was lovely (we actually got a free 1hr hydrotherapy session from booking with Expedia, which was so relaxing) and, the food and restaurants were great (our favourites were Pueblito Lindo, Butchers and Oishii Teppanyaki). The staff were extremely welcoming, kind, informative and helpful. They were always checking in on us about our room, how our stay was and if we’ve booked any restaurants or have done any excursions. A few main people we would like to give a special shout out to is Edgar, Erik, Omar and our waiter from The Park buffet, Marcelino. We wanted to thank them and all the staff for making our experience so incredibly special and memorable. We hope to be back in the future!

Clean room nice prices for spa would have loved to swim with the dolphins I’ll do that next time concierge on arrival was a little rude I wouldn’t stay here again because it’s rather far from Tulum taxis where $160 round trip USD Indrive app is a better option but this resort is to far to catch a cheap ride shuttle was $87 which I think should be included.. OVERALL I GIVE IT A 4 Star

Edgar and his team took great care of us. The room was fabulous and had a wonderful jacuzzi. The staff was kind and catered to our every need. The spa was wonderful, an experience to remember. Dolphins were a wonderful attraction. Snorkeling is a must. Restaurants were great, Carnal was our favorite. Buffet was up to par every single time. We hope to be back soon!

We have enjoyed the Grand Sirenis 6 times. The updated lobbies,dining halls & especially coffee shops were amazing. We spent a lot of evenings enjoying a game in the coffee shop. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help. Adan in guest services went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we got into the a la cartes of our choosing. He was very quick to respond and very friendly. There were some things that I would suggest and would love to see changed 1: All new lounge chairs for quiet pool and for the beach 2: I was disappointed to see that the spot in the center of the lazy pool was no longer. I always enjoyed painting my own piece of pottery to take home. 3. There were parts of the resort that could use some cleaning attention for example under the stairs crossing over the quiet pool, cans that were there the full duartion of our trip. 4. I noticed that they pressure washed the main pool area every evening but it didn’t seem the quiet pool got cleaned. 5. Monkey poo on lounge chairs that was there for a few days while we were there and staff sweeping around the area but not cleaning the chairs. 6. Maybe suggest quiet hours in the restaurants, I found the music to be too loud at times and somebody with sensory overload it was too much at times. Overall we still enjoy the Grand Sirenis very much and we also enjoyed some time at the Spa

Grand sirenis has been amazing!! There is not one thing we can fault. Erik Medina has been fantastic, looked after us and made our trip. Our flight has been delayed by 2 days and Erik has sorted everything out for us. We will definitely be back

The property was wonderful. We upgraded to an ocean view room - well worth it. Food was amazing. So many restaurants to choose from plus the buffet. Employees are so friendly and helpful. The beach was quiet and they kept the sea weed under control. We’ve visited Grand Sirenis several times and will go again! My ONLY complaint is the push for membership. We made it clear that we did not want a membership and were still almost stalked by “member services” They were friendly about it and we just had to give a hard NO everytime

Very nice staff at this resort. This is our second time here, and the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Our concierge team, Fernando, Dario, and Yessica , and also Omar, were very helpful and accommodating to our wants/needs/concerns. Food was great, coffee shops were a hit with us, and we loved the ice cream shop and tasty crepes. We had a great 4 day vacay!!❤️

Housekeeping was great. Trying to get a dinner reservation was VERY challenging and the concierge staff were no help but the guest services were marginally helpful. The people who service the mini bars, coffee and waters took 4 days (out of 6) to finally get it right and supply us with enough water and coffee. Recommend to family/friends??? Maybe
