Only problem was given 3rd floor rooms in Villa 46 for guests in their 70s with bad knees. We weren't told no elevator. Request for lower level rooms promptly honored. Thank you! We didn't mention it while there because everything else was exceptional - but rooms smelled like mold/mildew, damp clothes never dried out, hair was always frizzy. There's a water problem in those lower level villas just FYI

The room was immaculate both morning and night. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!

One of the best resorts we have been to in Cancun. This was our 5th family vacation in Cancun and by far this was the best resort. The rooms, the amenities, the food, the staff, the resort and the experience were all spectacular. We stayed in the family selection by kantenah and the upgrade was totally and completely worth it. We will definitely go back to this resort.

This is an incredible resort. They look after every possible detail you can think of during your stay. Friendly staff and great food. Lots of food options between numerous buffets and à la carte restaurants. Was our 2nd time staying at this resort and will definitely visit again one day!

We had a great time at Family Selection Kantenah. Our room had an amazing view, was spacious and very clean, and had two large separate bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The service was outstanding! our butlers, Emanuel and Louis, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always taking care of everything we needed. They went above and beyond and even surprised me with birthday touches in our room and at the restaurants. Also one of the sweetest moments was a balloon-filled bubble bath prepared for our toddler she absolutely loved it! We truly loved the resort. The only thing we wished for was heated pools. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay, so we spent most of our time at the beach, which was perfect. But the pool and waterpark were too cold for our toddler to fully enjoy. As for the food, there were so many options that we only had time to try a few. Compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at, I’d rate the food a 8 out of 10 but again we didn’t get to try many of the restaurants, so we may have missed some great ones. Overall, the resort and service were outstanding. We are definitely planning to return and stay longer next time.

Issues with booking transport through them and them not confirming the schedule with me it turned out okay but had me worried. The room lock broke several times and I was locked out and they didn’t offer me any real compensation for the hours of my time wasted at night in the cold locked out of my room trying to get the door unlocked.

We have been travelling to Mexico for 14 years and this resort is one of the best we have been to!We stayed in the Family Selection side.Check in-very quick as we arrived late and it was nice to have a good restaurant open.They delivered a baby crib to our room promptly.The butler service is good, sending daily lists of activities and booking the à la cartes. All the staff at this resort are top notch.The buffet food is very good (especially dinner), the à la carte restaurants are good as well (although I would skip the Asian restaurant).They have lunch on the beach which has awesome food which we got from walking over to the TRS (adults only) side by bringing a couple plates for the adults and kids to share. The drinks are good, premium alcohol with our Family Selection wristband is included and Churchills cocktail bar is awesome!There are video game rooms for the kids to keep them entertained.The resort itself is quite large (not the largest we have been to), but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach or to the buffet/lobby from where we were staying in Villa 48.There are golf carts to get to restaurants at White Sands.The beach is very nice, lots of sand and an unlimited amount of beach chairs there and by the pool.It was a nice change not having to fight for chairs at 7am, the resort never felt busy and the staff said this was normal capacity.There’s very good tennis/pickleball, basketball and soccer fields.We will definitely be back some day, highly recommend!
