Pool temperature was well-heated and very pleasant. Some of the steps are obscure and treacherous at night. I fell because I didn't see a step where there was one. A woman fell about five minutes behind me on the same step. The bellhops lost two items of mine because my bag arrived unzipped and turned inside out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

room was great- it’s a great resort for kids- but for adult quietness not so much. The french restaurant, italian and the japanese was very good. The trying to be charged extra for wine a couple times was not appreciated and to find out diff people were offered diff prices felt more like i was in cuba- but management addressed it. however it caused unnecessary stress and interfered in our trip taking time away. the massage , facial and reflexology was a disappointment- all done at once. The massage alone on a different day was fine. We supposedly won a raffle for 3 free nights new year’s eve but I haven’t seen any evidence of that yet despite asking a few times. I’ll end on a good note - the new years dance was the best of the trip!

Great rooms with partial or full ocean views. The staff is friendly. The preferred restaurants (Italian, French, Japanese and Mexican) are nice. The pools are clean. The beach has a seaweed, but not too bad.

First time staying at this resort and I can safely say this was by far was of the best stays I’ve had! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The drinks were amazing but the buffet food I will say was hit or miss, but make sure to reserve your spot for the restaurant bc their food was farrr better.

We stayed in the family suite premium (which offers connected rooms). The room was clean, the beds, pillows, and fresh sheets were scrumptious. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the staff is amazing to work with. I travelled with my husband and a 5 and 2 year old, honestly, I appreciated the laid back time I had there.

nice resort, great pools, activities, nightlife. Food was VERY mediocre, I reccomend the preffered club breakfast at seaside grill and the french restaurant, they also have mexican food by the pool area that is good it is cooked and served family style. was there for a wedding and the wedding was really nice. staff nice. clean.
