For the price and rating on internet, this hotel is average at a high price. I travel around world and I review hotels before booking. This is the reason I selected this hotel over others in the area. I will not be staying at this or other hotels owned by Araiza group, nor will I recommend it.

I got a suite upon arrival they did not have any rooms they assigned me to. Room that had people in it I had to wait a hour for them to say sorry we have to downgrade u and only gave me a free drink

Upon arriving, they were really nice. Everything was good. Once we entered the room. We noticed that the sink was loose. The outlet was loose. The showerhead was loose. I would’ve thought that maybe they would have it a little bit more presentable. There was cracks in the shower, we brought it up to the workers. They took care of that. They had two weddings, and I don’t think it was right that they were parking where we usually park at for the ones visiting. I think they should’ve had a different arrangement we had to park all the way in the back. They could’ve done a better with parking. The phone wasn’t working also for us to be able to call to get more towels. Overall I think for what we paid for I think of all that wasn’t like that I would’ve given it a five stars

The hotel quality it’s going down, shower head didn’t work. Called front desk they supposed to send someone to fix it they didn’t, very loud early morning, A/C very noisy as well bunch of bikers in parking lot making a lots of noise so early, no hand and face towels the soap smells really bad, I always stayed in this hotel when I’m in town but this time they really started going cheap

Friendly staff, they speak good English so if you’re a tourist like me then you’re able to have nice conversation with the majority of the staff. My only complaint is that the dining is overpriced. The breakfast in particular is very overpriced but it’s buffet only so I suppose that’s why. You end up paying for a buffet whether you like it or not. Aside from that though, the hotel is lovely and comfortable. There’s a Starbucks right in the premises too, so if you don’t want to pay for the buffet and high prices there then you can at least grab an overpriced breakfast sandwich or baked good from there.
