No restaurant reservations available. Lot ot wait time for in resort transportation. Room cleaning service was not refilling supplies like coffee, water, towels etc. Coffee shops and quick bites places near pool were good, they should add more of them. Was not at all impressed with the “VIP” treatment. Got the wrong room and had to wait outside another door for them to come and open. On the second to last day was locked out of our room because the check in staff for our days mixed up and locked us out of our room.
