everything was wonderful and the staff was awesome no other place like this one extremely courteous staff mainly for the breakfast bufette to mention couple of them the very educated and courteous manager Belle and the waitresses Rode , Elizabeth and Yuri the chef

The Moon Palace Resort has great amenities and friendly staff, but our room experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and overall the condition felt worn and in need of renovation. Our room was changed twice in 6 days. This took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
