The bartenders at the bar with swings were the best employees in the whole resort. The employees in guest service were not friendly or helpful. There are also numerous people trying to get you to buy coupons and memberships. They chase you down after you checkout. Room service was also usually cold and bland. To get your money’s worth you have to take advantage of the restaurants

Had an ocean view room (partial). Love the 2 balconies. The grounds were beautiful and well kept! The staff was amazing everywhere we went! Anyone we passed by greeted us with us a smile. Jesus Torres made our stay great! He would message me asking if we needed anything for the room and kept in great contact. The room was big and clean. The housekeeping staff is wonderful! The resort is huge. Lots of golf carts passing by and able to pick you up and drop off if need it. Lots of chairs available for the pool. The pool is big and nice to not feel like you are on top of others. Not a fan of the morning calls trying to get us to a timeshare presentation. I just wanted to enjoy my vacation and definitely don’t need to sit through a presentation for hours. Glad we didn’t do that.

Nice resort with a lots of dining options. My teenager boy enjoyed flow rider and the water park. The reason I will not go back is the beach, is something that I never experience, the seaweeds rotten in the ocean and turn it brown with a very bad odor. The bad smell spread it to the pool area and we could not even enjoy the pool. We loved the coffee shot with the home make chocolate and macaroons.

This is kids friendly place. Lots of pool activities everyday to keep them very occupied. My teenage kids had a really great time here. Being Indian Vegetarian - there is still lot of food options. But dont expect the food to taste exceptionally great. My kids (and us too) enjoyed the Sunrise, they gave us Day pass for Grand. The food quality we felt at the grand was a bit better. But Grand was very much spreadout all over. Lots of entertainment and lot of food variety for even vegetarian. We found for Veg dishes in dinner restaurants which needs reservations are not so great in taste overall including the Indian restaurant. But otherwise it was great! They would push you to get the membership at the grand. I didnt feel it is worth it. because it is "membership" that you still have to pay for stay, but at a bit discounted rate. Dont see the point in that. But overall the family loved the experience and we never felt bored.

This hotel was awesome!! My family had a great time. The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is because the ocean around the hotel was unswimable but that is not the hotels fault. The activities and shows were amazing!!
