"I’ve stayed in New York City at least 150 times this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a room in this hotel to look elsewhere. The staff lady was very rude. The room was dirty and had cockroaches in it the water take 5 minutes to become warm enough to take a shower. And the noise was unbearable from the outside especially Friday night. They have a club right next to it and until four in the morning the whole room was moving. I would never ever ever stay there again ever. "
