I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hayden , its was a nice hotel good enough for a good night sleep after walking 20k steps a day. The hotel is close to the subway station and Madison square garden it was easy to get around. Will book again in the future

Overall a great place to stay. We had one issue where the AC went out and asked the front desk early in the morning to send an engineer, and had to ask again at 10PM but it was ultimately resolved. Otherwise 5/5 stars.

The location was very convenient. It's in the lovely "flower market" area, and stepping out each morning to the beautiful flowers was really nice! One of the main subway lines has a station about a 5 minute walk. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage well before check-in, and also at the end of my stay until I was done with my business in the city. The breakfast is continental style: pastries, fruit, coffee / tea.

This property is a bit worn but very comfortable. Comfy bed with nice linens, clean, air worked fine, nice staff. Breakfast bar and decent coffee in the rooms. The restaurant/bar is closed for renovation which was disappointing. The location is great. It is on the lower end of expensive for Midtown NYC. I would stay again.

While not a 5 Star hotel Hotel Hayden is perfect for a girl’s or family trip. It is close to Penn Station and we rode the train to La Guardia for about $5! Versus a $100 Uber ride. It only takes about 30 minutes to get there too. The hotel is in a great location to see local attractions and there is a subway stop on the corner. I would stay here again for sure!
