The rooms are a little depressing but the elevators are fast and the free breakfast was good. Great location. We did not even touch the waters in the room and were charged for them. Made a quick call to the hotel explaining the situation and I was reimbursed, however while trying to deal with rebooking cancelled flights and having to move hotel since this one was full and had to stay 1 more night…. Making a call to the hotel to have this charged removed was very irritating when in the middle of a stressful situation.

Everything was amazing except for breakfast as it was cold and there was barely any food left. The options that were there were good but none left and/or cold. Every guest that decided to show up at breakfast was stupid that wasn’t the hotels faults Staff was amazing and welcoming.

The bathroom was incredibly small and the water kept getting all over the floor from the shower. The room felt like a dorm and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. We checked out and it was a little after 12:30pm and the front desk lady said there’s a late fee so they charged us $25. Horrible service considering how long I’ve been a Hilton honors member. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was fabulous. The location is great if attending an event at MSG. The hotel itself is dated and needs some upgrades. The street noise was really bad, and we stayed on the 7th floor.
