But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise not much in safe walking distance. Despite the little things, would definitely recommend overall."

"Room was not clean, bed had large chunk of visible human hair on it and the bathroom sink had hair in it as well. I had to check out that night without laying on the bed. Bad experience. Told the staff at the reception and the situation was not addressed. "

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall. The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00 AM during the week, which felt a bit early, and I had some difficulty getting the room temperature exactly where I wanted it. Aside from those small issues, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely stay here again."
