Great hotel in relation to the convention center. The elevators are a big problem so plan on it taking a long time to ride the elevator up or down, especially during the weekend.

Cold and Dirty

I stayed there with my son while visiting UT and the bathroom was not clean at all. I found black hair along the back of the toilet and clumps on the floor. When I went to go to shower you could only get Luke warm water to come out for a few seconds then it went back to cold. I called to front desk and they said they would have someone from maintenance take a look. An hour later still nothing and we had to start packing. Such a shame because the bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. I never have any issues booking at a Hilton.
