I believe it was Arron that checked me in, he was the best. Room was near perfect, too bad whoever checked off the punch list, has no idea what paint, caulk, fit and finish for ready to rent looks like. Not Mandalay Bay, but just saying.

The cleanliness was good nothing super special but overall decent. The only issue was their lobby was under construction so the breakfast was presented well and decent for a hotel hot breakfast, but it was served in two adjoining rooms because the lobby is under construction. Also, there was no vending however they did offer complementary drinks for free upon request. It was not advertised. I had to go speak to the concierge, then found out.
