"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE)
Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber.
Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel.
Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."
