Room review

Chech in was easy and quick, parking was busy but i think there was a Tennessee football game so i totally understand. Unfortunately when i got into the room that's where it went wrong. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the sink, the toilet was dirty and cleaned properly, they left an open pack of razors on the sink, the shower had the last guests shampoo and bar of soap in there. Lastly there was an open can of pear juice on the kitchen counter and when i went to throw it out it was stuck to the counter top.

When I went to shower, the tub faucet shot off the pipe when I pulled up in the diverter for the shower. I tried to screw the faucet back on the pipe but realized the pipe had no threads to screw into. I had to was those points of contact ising the washrag to get areas wet. I had to wash my hair in the very small kitchen sink. No manager on site to talk to, just the front desk clerk (who was very nice).

Absolutely DISGUSTING No pool access, the entire hotel smelled like urine and feces. They refused to service my room, stating they only service rooms once a week, I reserved for only two days. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate and none of the housekeeping staff could speak English.

Had an accessible room - the bars and walk-in shower in the bathroom were very helpful. Had 2 beds (were comfortable) but no place to sit other than one desk chair and was a little cramped. Kitchen was helpful and AC worked well. Did fulfill the needs. Could tell there had been some updates but could have used a little more TCL - bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Staff was very nice and everything was clean. Biggest problem was lack of breakfast - almost nothing left with an hour to go. Ended up having to go to a restaurant to get coffee and breakfast. Shouldn't advertise that breakfast is included unless there is more offered.
