Room was not clean, bed had large chunk of visible human hair on it and the bathroom sink had hair in it as well. I had to check out that night without laying on the bed. Bad experience. Told the staff at the reception and the situation was not addressed.

First off I requested a first floor room because I walk with a cane. They put me on the top floor in the room farthest away from the elevator. Then they blocked off ALL handicap parking to paint so I could not use it the entire time. The third morning there was a guy painting outside of our window ...

We did not get to eat breakfast as we checked out at 5:15 am. Ron checked us in and was super nice. As for cleanliness it was quite dirty. One of the staff members encouraged us to park as close to the front as possible so our vehicle was not stolen.
