"The night front desk person took 20 minutes to come to the front desk after being called twice about a line of people waiting, then told us we had enough pillows after asking for extras (their pillows have no support). Trash bags were left out in the hall. Elevator broke down. This place looks worse and worse every time we've stayed. This will be the last time."

"Elevator was out and I booked through a third party and did not know until I got there at 11:00 at night. I spoke with the hotel staff the day before I arrived and they never mentioned the elevator. So I had to carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs no help from staff. "
