we got to room and tv did not work then first morning there was no coffee things were not ready and left over food from day before. staff was arguing with each other over who would fix this. the girl at the desk the next day was wonderful and helped get new tv in room she did inform management of our concerns.

Room was filthy floors especially.Checked in room opened soy sauce wrappers in trash can side tables has food grease on them hair in shower the toilet is bad loose fitted and rocks. Will never stay there again as I think there are new owners based on past experiences.

The front desk staff were so super helpful in let us in a little bit early as we got there for the holiday. Rooms were clean, though the sheets had stains in them so it seems like they could probably use more bleach when laundering them. The only frustrating thing was the metal platform that the bed sit on makes noise pretty much every time you kick it or move on the bed. Otherwise this is an awesome location, and great one night stay for us.
