We went to have dinner at the restaurant and someone came out three times to tell us they were out of stuff we ordered. I finally asked, what do you have? I ended up with a cesser salad with steak on top. It was a Tues. The front staff was very friendly and the hotel is nice, the room was comfortable. My only complaint about the room is, put a normal coffee maker in there. Not everyone wants foamy Expresso. I just wanted a cup of hot black coffee. Oh, and I had to have someone bring caffeinated Expresso cups because they only had decaffeinated in the room.

The front desk staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Check in experience was horrible. With kids at UT I have stayed at many area hotels and do yourself a favor and stay at The Graduate or Embassy Suites where you are welcomed and valued.

Very nice hotel. From the minute we drove on to the property & were greeted by a very friendly valet to the helpful young lady at the front desk that checked us in, our stay was great. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed (except for a men’s size robe, that I was really looking forward to using). This was our first visit to Knoxville & I’m positive that I selected the best hotel.

Upscale hotel

Amazing hotel. Felt very upscale, the decor in the room was excellent, very spacious room and bathroom, clean, and nice perks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. And the hotel was located near everything.
