"Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home.
