"Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel about 130a. Told there were no room for us. Took us across the street to another hyatt hotel where we waited about 15 mins and the clerk said she didn't have any rooms at all. Sent us back to this hotel. We were given a room and then was charged double. Fortunately everything was straightened out in the morning. It was very nerve wracking when all these other factors came into play. "The hotel is in a great walkable area with several restaurants right downstairs and only a block from the beach. The only issue was that when we checked in and were admitted to our room, the elevator in our building was out of service, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs with our luggage and then down again for checkout. Once there, we realized there were no towels in our room for showering. We asked twice and waited over an hour with no towels.
