Loved the beach, disppointed how expensive the umbrellas are to rent. Ibrented one with 1.5 hours left in the day and it was the same costs as if I had been there all day. However, the service if the staff working on the beach were great.

Había una cucaracha gigante en la habitación , en la recepción no hablan español , el teléfono de la habitación para poder pedir room services No servía , y cuando me dirigí a recepción para hacerles saber y poder pedir la orden los recepcionistas fueron súper groseros, no me quisieron atender que debía hacer la misma fila del check in para poderles hacer la solicitud !! Fatal Lo único que vale la pena es el personal de aseo y meseros muy cordiales. Los encargados de los camas de playa súper groseros también 😩

From the cockroach we encountered in the first room we were given, to being charged $30 per day on top of the resort fee for the use of an umbrella on the beach, to paying $55+tax per night for parking, to the 18% gratuity added to every single bill (including pepto from the hotel store), we had a miserable time at this hotel. We stayed here in 2019 and the hotel was lovely. Times have changed. Fort Lauderdale is fantastic, we’ll be back but not to the B.

Loved the property, very clean, right on the beach! Beach chairs included, tiny annoyed the umbrella was an upcharge, but well worth it. There was a server that would come get your drink orders on the beach and that was amazing! We celebrated our anniversary and this was the perfect place!

There is no self parking. Valet only at $55 per day. When I found that out I cancelled my rental car. Difficult to get staff to respond to requests. On the positive side, room was very nice with ocean view. Private beach is nice as well however while I was laying on the beach a staff member just took my umbrella without even saying anything.
