Loved the property, very clean, right on the beach! Beach chairs included, tiny annoyed the umbrella was an upcharge, but well worth it. There was a server that would come get your drink orders on the beach and that was amazing! We celebrated our anniversary and this was the perfect place!

There is no self parking. Valet only at $55 per day. When I found that out I cancelled my rental car. Difficult to get staff to respond to requests. On the positive side, room was very nice with ocean view. Private beach is nice as well however while I was laying on the beach a staff member just took my umbrella without even saying anything.

The room was old and the carpet was dirty. No water pressure. No shampoo in the dispenser. No table and chairs by the window for a sitting area. No help from the staff. I thought I was staying at a motel six rather than a luxury hotel in Fort Lauderdale. I will never stay there again I never ever recommend it.

Didn’t I get the right room to start? Too many additional fees added onto the bill for valet and resort was not confined or mentioned at the beginning of the booking also did not have trash cans in the room had to ask for them. Too pricey for the limited resort.

Did not have a beach front room as per request 5 times. The front desk was dismissive of the fact we paid for two nights and only stay one night due to death in the family and coincidentally on the day of our aniversary. The front desk told us again and again that there was nothing they could do for us in spite of advertising beach front rooms for that night on the internet. Our room was facing the highway. To continue the horrible service, the valet charged us 55 dollars to keep the car for 3 hours. Horrible experience. Will never see us again and recommendations.
