Check in was underwhelming lacking customer service. Noise from the street- sirens, motor cycles, engines and a marathon came through the vents on the 28th floor. A light over the bed turned on by itself at 6AM. Not a restful experience. The blinds broke, ice maker didn't work. Maintenance man was wonderful. Hot tub was not well maintained with hair and things floating on top

We requested 2 cribs 24 hours prior to checking in, which took nearly 3 hours to be delivered to our room. This resulted in our toddlers going to bed at 9:30PM. We also left behind a very value item in the closet which we reported immediately. The Security Director got back to us the next day (after sending another email) that the item was not found, which means it must have been stolen.

Superb location. The rooms were clean, well stocked and a bit swanky! View from our deck was outstanding! Everyone we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and so nice. Stayed here the night before a cruise and took advantage of the organized transportation to the port for the cruise too. Excellent and would highly recommend the hotel.
