This hotel is directly across the street from Bayside Marketplace with all the shops and restaurants and gigantic ferris wheel. It is also across from the convention center if you are going to a concert. No Uber needed LOL. Customer service was stellar, hotel was very clean. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was perfect.

This was my favorite hotel that provided a 5-star service just a year ago. Unfortunately, it has declined in cleanliness and the caliber of hotel guests. I had to be switched out of a room because no one was available to clean a shower full of hair when I checked in. Some guests had unruly children they left unattended and a random man tried to talk to me as if he wanted to come into my room. I had stepped out of my room...I think he was visiting someone because he was knocking on a neighboring door. The restaurant/bar was not open and I didn't receive or see a reason why posted. I love the convenience of being close to the Bayside Marketplace and cruise ports. The front desk staff, especially the managers, were attentive and helpful. The fitness center is well maintained and the fitness class instructors are fantastic.

Staff was friendly; however the checkin process was a nightmare. We checked in early willing to wait or pay for early checkin. I had to push the issue when we were approaching an hour and a half after the 4 pm checkin time and hadn't received a text that a room was ready. I also didn't appreciate the amenity fee when we were only staying one night and with the checkin situation there wasn't any time to enjoy any amenities before we attended the event we were in Miami to attend. If I had taken every complementary drink offered while waiting I would not have been able to walk to the elevator when my room was finally ready. I guessed we paid for the convenience of being so close to the arena.
