I reserved a 2 queen bed room on hotels.com, and it shows on the confirmation I was sent, but they gave me 1 king bed instead and told me that was the reservation that they received from hotels.com. I would have booked elsewhere for yhe second bed.

Everything was great the food options, property nicely decorated ample space in our room the only thing was how thin the walls were. All night we heard teenagers yelling and screaming aside from that no complaints.

All good. The dinning experience, both evening and morning were exceptional. The dinning staff as well as the airport shuttle driver were great. I would add that what drew us to the Embassy over a couple of other options was the understanding that there was a $10 or $12 dollar per person cruise pickup. When attempting to arrange we were informed that because we booked through a third party (Expedia) that such was not available. Very disappointing. This should be clarified through the third party booking sights instead of presenting as an option. Still, our stay was great and would book again (even with the necessary cab to the site).

It was lots of water around the elevators at lobby because the kids coming without getting dry no shoes from the out door pool and no one put sign in there or clean it, so I fell very bad that my knee were swollen and couldn’t walk for days, and when I complained, they did nothing, they didn’t apologize or help me, they just said u can see the doctor with your own insurance, so I don’t go back there .
