Check in was quick and easy! Got upgraded to balance room and bottle of complimentary wine. They didn’t clean our room the first night and the second night clean it but only left one bath towel and no face towels. The phone in our room never worked to call the front desk. I had to message them through the app. Overall we had a great experience and will most likely return.
