Staff was courteous and the cleaning staff was very good. It’s just an older hotel that looks a little sad. We were on the road side so it was noisy and there wasn’t much stopping any noise from the rooms around you. Still we did get what we paid for. The transportation to the cruise port was very well organized as was the airport pick up.

The airport shuttle wait was over 2 and half hours. When I called they said it would be 45 min to an hour. They said it might be sooner. They took my name and number. I called after an hour and half. They told me the shuttle got stuck at the cruise port. Wish they would have called me when they knew the time frame. The time they gave me wasn't even close.
