We travel to Florida 8 times a year. Stayed 2 separate nights & all positive remarks. Four Check-In/Out stations: very friendly, knowledgeable & caring staff, very quick & efficient. Take time to ensure you have all information required to make your stay a pleasure. Provide facility map to your room. Provide information about facility amenities such as FREE TRANSPORTATION via Motel Shuttle to/from airport/cruise port. Sign up for Shuttle at check-in. Picked up at FLL airport in a very timely manner & driver (Anthony) was very careful with luggage, excellent driver & very friendly. Picked-up at Port Everglades after cruise. Anthony picked us up and recognized us with a friendly smile &hello. Two rooms located bottom floor, very clean, plenty of towels, wash cloths, soap, hair shampoo & conditioner. Room had microwave, iron & ironing board, small refrigerator, TV, etc. Manager, Vivien, outstanding as she ensured those going to Cruise Port were on correct shuttle & all who signed up were on before it departed. She was extremely friendly, caring & wanted to ensure your last minutes were completely to your satisfaction. Vivien was very concerned about your visit and satisfaction during your stay. We will stay at this location again in Feb and May 2026 because of location, facility, staff. When I compare this facility to the others we have stayed at, this is no comparison when evaluating cost, location, free transportation and staff. Biggest bang for $, location & staff.

The room was renovated. It’s big, clean and gorgeous. We arrived early around noon. The lady receptionist was very kind and nice to let us check in earlier. (Check in time is 3:pm). The hotel is isolated. Only one restaurant nearby.
