WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT! We went here for our honeymoon and we would recommend this resort for everyone! The food was amazing ( we did not have any dish that was not good, everything was very fresh and delicious) , rooms-amazing, and most importantly the service wow'ed us. We have never been treated so well at a resort. We have zero complains about this resort. Its in such an amazing location. Around Cabo you cant really swim in the ocean but in this resort they have a little lagoon, where you get to swim in the ocean on good days, which was such a plus. We wanted to give some shoutouts to certain people that made our trip 11/10! Carlos, Omar, Axbal, Jesus- THE BEST SERVERS, so kind and took care of you! Juventino- BEST CONCEIRGE (we did not have to do anything, he even booked us dinners and arranged everything for us without asking) This resort is 100% a 5 star resort, would recommend to everyone.

Shocked by how much we loved it

We had a wonderful time at this hotel for a short vacation post wedding. The staff are absolutely wonderful and make the stay. Specifically our concierge Carlos and waitress Jasmyn. They made us feel so special the whole trip. The food at this hotel is incredible. We were expecting to have subpar food the whole time but we were really shocked with how high quality it all was. Specifically the breakfast, poolside nachos/chicken sandwich and the Asian restaurant and steak house at night were fantastic. I highly reccomend booking the reserve package. You get a private lounge, access to top shelf alcohol, a private concierge who takes care of all restaurant and activity booking and you get to enjoy the steak house free of extra charge one night. You also get access to the relaxing cabanas for free. It was completely worth it and if you are going to stay here you should absolutely go with this package. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was overall wonderful, and what made it truly memorable was the incredible customer service. The resort itself is beautiful with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, but I will note that some areas could use a little touch-up—there are spots where the ceilings are cracked and some patchwork that takes away slightly from the otherwise gorgeous property. That said, the staff here more than made up for it and are what truly make this resort a 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A very special mention goes to our personal concierge, Adalberto. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. He checked in on us daily, helped with anything we needed, and genuinely looked out for us like family. Having him made our trip feel stress-free and extra special. Another standout was Rene at Sal Steakhouse. He was so kind and welcoming, and on our last night, he went the extra mile to make it a truly memorable evening. He treated us like family and made us feel right at home. While the resort itself could use a bit of polishing up, the staff here are absolutely world-class and make the experience unforgettable. Thanks to Adalberto, Rene, and the rest of the team, we left with nothing but wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

While this hotel Is completely beautiful staff is super friendly. The food is delicious like literally I miss the food , the drinks were also amazing. Myself and travel partner found ourselves pretty bored . It is a very peaceful quiet hotel . If you are looking for a party turn up vibe . This is not the place . The room was also lacking it felt out of date compared to the hotel lobby and pools Etc. overall I personally would not stay again due to the outdated rooms and lack of fun .

This hotel was a 5 star in terms of service, personal concierge(amazing job Roberto),stunning location, beautiful rooms, and well thought out spaces. Rated it a bit lower for some inconsistency in food, gorgeous bath tubs that couldn’t be filled up with hot water, and a spa that wasn’t fully operational with no communication. Although the massages were top notch(Lilia and Paloma it is a bit disappointing to pay those prices and not have a spa experience.

This resort wow’d my husband and I. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the surroundings and staff. They never missed a beat. We were treated to incredible food and staff that were so well trained and were a delight to spend time with. The resort is clean and very well taken care of. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and this was the most enjoyable all inclusive we have ever been to. We would recommend the Reserve Level here it’s definitely with the extra money. Not like at other resorts where you can’t tell the difference. Shout out to Roberto, Jacqueline, Max, Anthony at Sante, Elsbeth. You all worked so hard to make all your guests feel welcome, relaxed and looked after. Every staff member is a gem. We will be back for sure.
