Helpful, courteous flight attendants and very clean airplane (seats and floor).
I was very unhappy with the carry on restriction if one Small bag OR purse. I was attending a funeral, so needed few items, but definitely two smallish bags.
Thank God we made it safe
Disliked that flight was delayed to Newark. Made connecting to next flight was tight.
Keep up the good work
I had requested a wheelchair in Cabo which was not evident. The lines were not excessive so it was not a big issue
Bags took way to long to get loaded on carousel
The trip was good and staff very attentive
Planes appeared to get smaller- barely any room for my legs.. :(
I appreciated the check in staff provided me w/ wheelchair assist & better seating so I not had to walk to far after getting on the plane.
