"We have been waiting to go to Hyatt Ziva for almost a year now, and finally it came through. We went as a family and everything went as expected. The food was great, even though I mostly ate at the buffet. The staff was great, helpful in every way. We did the club access so there were different benefits that came with that. Top shelf drinks, club lounge and separate pool etc. The water in the pools were pretty warm and also the beach. There was a bit of seaweed but nothing over the top. Our room was decent, our fridge was always stocked. Entertainment during the day for kids were fun and at night just the same. Overall we had a great time, and would definitely return but probably upgrade to a 1bdrm or better."

"TRS was amazing in many ways! It’s a beautiful location on the marina, the property is clean, well-kept, modern, the room was very comfortable, the entertainment was fantastic, the food was delicious but I think the best of all were the employees and staff. They knew us by name, and always spoke to us as if they had known us for years. From the folks at the front desk, to the butler, to the housekeepers, chefs, waiters and waitresses, to the entertainers and bell services. We were very pleased with how we were treated and the level of care that we received. Everyday they went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and satisfied. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. "

"The property was beautiful. The people were very nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work very well and we were damp the entire week. There was nowhere we could go where it wasn’t damp clothes and towels never dried."

"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

"Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property. "
