Arrived and our room was not ready . Check-in was at 3pm our room was not ready until 4:30 ! Food was very disappointing! No activities in the resort! Room was average will probably give the resort 2.5 stars . Mediocre to say the least

Breakfast menu was truly one of a kind, the beverage options were impressive: you could make your own blend of juice from fresh fruits, there was mimosa and the hot water for tea was in these cute terracotta teapots! A la carte restaurants were amazing! 5-stars for whole resort

I stayed at Villa swim out and loved every bit of it. My butler Gary was amazing safer me from a disaster for a wedding I attended. The people were amazing and so sweet they truly loved to make you happy and if you want or needed anything they tried their best to accommodate you. I’ve only put 4 stars because the beach although the workers did their best was awful with sea weed. They really need some type of machine to clean up the mess the guys doing the cleanup by hand was just too much for them and it didn’t do anything. Also the spa massages were wonderful it wasn’t worth the prices they asked. I got a pedicure that was expensive but it was not worth even $25. I’m short so the chair was uncomfortable for me the lady that did my pedicure was nice but didn’t know what she was doing. Hardly any massage at all mostly just clean up and paint. Which wasn’t much to choose from. I had to sit in a regular chair so she can paint my toes it was like having it done by a friend more than anything. I paid $80 for a $10 pedicure and having pain in my back doing so because I had to hold my foot up for her to do it. Other than the beach and the spa I would definitely love to go back to that resort. Overall I loved staying there.

Most of the staff were great. The food was ok, the Italian restaurant was not the best. The hotel needs some updating. Upgrading the room was not worth the extra money. You could not even walk in the ocean it had so much seaweed and large rocks and the sand has a lot of coral and concrete and stones. The highlight was making some new friends.
