We had arranged for them to pick us up from La Romana cruise terminal. They were on time and very reasonable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Getting us a TV channel in English, extra water for tea making, a brand new stove top kettle and a full carton of milk. Sadly we didn't realise until much later that evening there was no gas bottle connected to the cooker! That was rectified first thing the following morning. The water in the bathroom was not very hot and the bathroom door didn't shut properly but they're just small niggles. Be aware though that the property is on a busy main road so traffic noise could be a problem but we were far enough way for it not to bother us.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room for 3, but the room only had 2 towels. We were given extra towels when we asked. The owner was very friendly. He exchanged our US dollars for local currency. When we asked about a local place to eat, he drove us to a local place up the street and told us about the different dishes available.

Great Dominican breakfast with tres golpes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and offered a full refridgerator and stove. My only complaint is that noise from vehicles and other Guests can be heard inside the room clearly. Great value stay value at the price.

The staff was kind ! Expect a very lively / noisy area. Outdate amenities HOWEVER, it was CLEAN. The area is very safe. We didnt have the breakfast so we cant judge the food. Definitely recommend if you want a real taste of local punta cana.

We chose this hotel because of its great reviews, and it truly lived up to them. The owner and staff were warm and attentive, offering helpful local tips and even sharing contact details. They also assisted us with currency exchange. Breakfast was delicious, there are many restaurants nearby, Uber is affordable, and the hotel is close to the airport. Overall, a very satisfying stay and highly recommended.

The water pressure was very low, the AC didn’t work properly, and the room was slightly dirty. On top of that, people on motorcycles were entering the parking lot around 2 a.m., making a lot of noise. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

This place was hands down my favorite spot to stay. And let me tell you I’ve been several times to DR. They food was great the service and hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast from7am to 9am which was perfect for those who wake up on the later side. They also have dinner available. No need to rush out of bed. They will make you something when you come down. This place is right in the center of everything just like city vibes back home. Their is a store to the left and to the right soon as you walk out the front. The pool was clean. Management is on site 24/7. It is safe and secure with security and gated door. Parking available. They also have excursions and day trips for you to choose from. You will alway be with someone they do not leave you alone. You will be accommodated that’s for sure. They help with EVERYTHING !!! You guys have to check it out. ❤️🙏

Most of the staff were very very helpful and caring. The breakfast was not to my liking though. I reported that mould (which is a biohazard) was in the refrigerator and it still was not properly cleaned by the female staff who was told to clean it. I had to get cleaning products at the supermarket and clean it myself. That put a damper on my stay. If it wasn't for that issue, the property would have gotten a higher score.

Room is nothing fancy, but it definitely meets the requirements. Clean room, cold ac, hot water, nice pool, and there is a restaurant on the property that serves good sushi and Chinese. Free breakfast was included and it was delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice little place for a great price. Definitely recommend.
